Gary Ng is Chairman of the NG Group, an investment company based in Toronto, Canada.

His investment interests are in the areas of technology, finance, real estate, consumer goods, art, and exotic vehicles, among other areas. Gary has been concentrating on entrepreneurship and building businesses under the philosophy “look for problems, innovate and sell.”

Following early success in the telecommunications industry, Gary invested in vertically integrated contract manufacturing firms that were eventually sold as a whole.

For the past twelve years, Gary has been concentrating on building a group of independent financial firms working in the areas of commodities, equity, debt and trading.

A University of Manitoba graduate, Gary Ng is still proud to call Winnipeg his home. He is often called upon as a guest lecturer to speak on the topic of entrepreneurship at his alma mater as well as George Brown University and Queen’s University. Outside of managing his investments, he enjoys writing and studying history.
